Born in 1976, into a family of farmers in a small village called Donakonda, Andhra Pradesh. After finishing his education, he joined GDC company as his father advised. His role was of a labour contractor, which he continued in various companies afterwards like L&T, JMC, ERA Construction, IVRCL, Gammon India, ESSAR, and Reliance. During his visits to various states like Tamil Nadu, Maharashtra, and Karnataka he came face to face with the plight of farmers and the unemployment issue faced by the youth in India. In the year 2009 he decided to start a company to unite all the contractors in and around his hometown and end the job crises for both the framers who had resorted to taking their lives and the youth leaving their hometowns and villages for cities in search of work.
